When designing a broach for optimum performance, we consider the relationship of all factors affecting the broaching application such as the type of material being broached, length of the cut, cutting sequences, geometry and many other critical elements. Pioneer Michigan Broach uses only the latest versions of design software including AutoCAD 2018 and T-flex parametric CAD.  Our T-flex modeling programs generate complete CAD drawings using customized, proprietary algorithms designed in house specifically for our industry.  In addition, our decades of hands on experience has allowed our customers to meet their most demanding broaching requirements.  All broach tool designs are determined from customer supplied drawings and requirements.
